She's Here!!!

Brandi and Schuyler had their baby girl yesterday! Shea Priscilla Pack entered the world at 6:18pm on July 4th and was welcomed with parades and fireworks! Weighing in at 6 lbs 13 oz, and 21 inches long, she and Mom are both healthy and happy. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to spoil her rotten!!! Love you guys!

We need a house!!!

Will, Molly, Dexter and I are looking for a house to rent, if anyone is aware of any that are available -please let me know! We would prefer a 2 bedroom, but would consider anything as long as it is less than $1000/month. We need a yard (preferably fenced), and they have to be okay with our two dogs! We need to be out of our apartment by July 25th - we have a few good leads, but the more options the better :) Keep your eyes peeled! Thanks!

?? Facebook Anyone ??

The boys have asked me to start a facebook for the bike shop & I could really use some help! I think I have a basic profile going, but if anyone has any advice on how I can make it better I will take it! Also, if you are on facebook - add Lake Town Bicycles as your friend!!!

The Big Day

The Grand Opening of Lake Town Bicycles was a huge success! Thank you so much to everyone who came and showed their support & especially to our many helpers! If you weren't able to make it yesterday, don't worry - their sale prices will still be going until the end of June ( you missed out some tasty hot dogs, though!)

Cake Practice

I've been making a few cakes lately for practice, and to start building a portfolio in case I ever decide to actually try making some money off this little hobby. Here are some pictures of my recent creations:

This is a cake that my friend Kara wanted me to help her make for a baby shower. The babies room is done in stars, so we thought we'd design the cake to match!

This cake was for my brother Phil's birthday. His pride and joy is his Subaru Sti, so I decided to try and make a replica.

It took awhile to convince them that it was OKAY to cut the cake!

And here is one that I just finished today. It is for the grandson of a lady that I work with. He is turning 2 today, and he loooves "choo choo twains"!
